Welcome to the Stonewood Manor Townhome Community. At Stonewood Manor, we believe that community is more than just a place — it is a shared home where neighbors become family. Our community was established in 2011, and located in the town of Greece, near the shores of Lake Ontario. Our neighborhood of thirty beautiful townhomes is nestled amid scenic wooded surroundings with beautifully landscaped yards, where we share a strong sense of community.
Our Homeowners Association is governed by a five-member, elected board of community-minded neighbors, and is built on transparency, trust, and collaboration. The Board is dedicated to the preservation of the unique and beautiful character of Stonewood Manor homes and environment, while encouraging the active participation of every resident. As a resident of Stonewood Manor, you are a valued member of our community family.
